We only use the data we have stored to allow us to communicate with you regarding work we have undertaken for you, or work you have asked us to undertake for you. We are committed to the security of your data and will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required to so by law.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information that we gather. Access to our servers is restricted to dedicated locations and all passwords are strongly encrypted using modern encryption algorithms.

can i request my data be deleted 

You certainly can, just drop us an email or give us a call and speak to our Data Controller, Chris Elson. Please be aware though that if you are one of our customers, then we are required by law to retain invoicing data about you and your business for 7 years and cannot delete this data until that time has passed.

We currently only use cookies to track if you have logged into our site and anonymous usage data. These cookies store no personal data, only a reference to your account (stored in our database).

In the future we may add more complicated user tracking that would require setting cookies that track how you interact with this site. If we add this feature we will update this page and add suitable notifications to the site.
